I was Fawnd of the trail today....

About 15 feet off the trail was this young deer....spots and all. Got off the bike and made some weird noises for a bit. It didn't appear to be intimidated at all, I guess it's seen it's fair share of Mtb goobers...

Warming up out, so am I

I've been spending a lot of time with school lately and it's really
taken a bite out of my training. With it warming up, and with some
more time freeing up between classes, I may start seeing more fresh air.
I'm going to race for Epic bike and sport of KC this year (parkville).
I put my order in for the new louis garneau kit last week so can't
wait to see it! Going riding...

Snow city!!

So last night a group of us went to snow creek for some urban
Missouri snowboarding. Turns out it is a pretty cool place, despite
the sore hind-quarters.
I'm in the UMKC dent library now and it's snowing humongous flakes
out. I feel like it snows every day now...!?

Still alive and still learnin' stuff..

So I'm in lab and Had a bit of down time as I wait for my
'articulator' plaster to set up. Looks fun eh? I'm going to try and
keep up better with the old blog... Semester two is in full swing and
it's all flying by...
